Mike Ford and his family have been loved and supported by Randolph since 1984.  In fact, Mike and Melody were married at Randolph in August of 1985.  Both are graduates of Lubbock Christian (BA) and Abilene Christian (MA).

From 1986 to 2002, Mike and his family worked with the Central church of Christ in Belo Horizonte, the capital city of Minas Gerais, Brazil.  In April of 2003, content that the Central congregation was firmly established, they planted a new congregation in Eldorado, the central district of Contagem, a suburb of Belo Horizonte.  In the past year, the Eldorado congregation has more than doubled in size.

Mike and Melody have one son, Jason, who was born in San Antonio, and two daughters, Micala and Michelli, who were both born in Brazil.
